Rodney Dangerfield once joked,"I told my shrink everyone hates me. He said, 'Rubbish, not everyone has met you yet.' " And not everyone has given thought to what this period of low interest rates means to them. Is it enough to sit back and enjoy it? Should you be paying more on your loan if you can afford to? Is it time to invest? Should you get your current loan checked to make sure you still have the best deal?
Make sure your mortgage broker is at least one person who gets to meet you this spring!
