More News from the Mortgage Choice State Conference

So we won another Business Excellence award last Tuesday at the State Conference (check out facebook) but more importantly there was lots of good news about the state of the market and some interesting new developments for Mortgage Choice brokers.

Maybe we are all lulled into a false sense of security by the great living conditions and the beauty of this country.

Perhaps we are just too busy to think about insurance... it's something we'll get around to.

But there's no better time to think about it than when you make changes to your mortgage.

As part of our duty of care we are being urged to remind all clients about the importance of taking out mortgage protection and income insurance. Again, we cannot offer you advice on policies etc... but we can put you in touch with the right people to help you make the best decisions for you. Finally, apparently there will be over 600 house and unit auctions taking place in Sydney this weekend, a record since stats were first collected over 25 years ago.

It's the weather, it's spring, it's the last weekend before changes to the First Home Buyers' Grant, it's more confidence in the market... whatever it is, it's a good time to think about investing if you are in a position to do so.
